Our school schedule’s flexibility and other accommodations make AHCCS a perfect fit for any student. Whether a student aspires to the workforce, post-secondary education, or college, our educational program and class times can be adapted! Is there an unusual daily schedule due to the pursuit of personal talents and interests (performing arts, athletics or entrepreneurial activity)? The answer is simple: students can stay caught up on lectures and assignments if they can't attend the scheduled class meeting because teachers record all live classes for future student use. Club advisors also record their club meetings so that students can stay involved in extracurricular activities despite other demands on their daily schedule. Periodic whole school assemblies present optional school sponsored activities that students can do within their own individual daily schedule.
AHCCS takes pride in the safe and secure environment that we offer our students. The school is actively working on an anti-bullying program, because we believe that the way to eliminate peer-to-peer harassment is to educate our students on the effects of such behavior. AHCCS has a no-tolerance policy for acts of violence or torment.
